I really enjoy learning about different types of cultures and tasting all their different types of food.

I also enjoy reading and going to the cinema, walking and trekking through the beautiful countryside.

I have a special interest in Meditation and Spiritual Psychology.

A Bit about what I do Professionally

I am a remedial massage therapist.

Remedial massage is a therapeutic and treatment based massage. I work holistically using a variety of techniques to treat muscular problems, improve flexibility, reduce pain, increase circulation, aid in mental relaxation, and assist in general health and wellbeing. I give advice on strengthening and stretching exercises as well as general aftercare.

I am a registered member of A.A.M.T , I have a diploma in RM and hold a cert lV in Training and Assesment
