A Bit About Me
I love my partner, family and twin babies. I adore the health benefits of an active lifestyle including yoga, meditation and outdoor living. I love to share healthy living with all people and have enjoyed the 17 plus years I have had pursuing instructing fitness and Pilates classes in health clubs over the years. I enjoy painting, writing and surrounding myself with colour. I have great interest in health and wellness and love to see people achieving their goals and living to the full. After many years of jumping and running around I have added a different dimension over the last 6 years with my expansion into Yoga which I truly love. I enjoy the energy of the beach and the amazing beauty of the outback and love discovering beauty within all people in my world. I love learning and reading and studying and hope to pursue my PhD in the very near future in the area of Yoga and well being.
A Bit About What I Do Professionally
I am a Yoga Instructor trained in Therapeutic Yoga. I cater for individual needs whether they be injuries, limitations or changes in life including menopause, pre-natal and post natal. After years in the fitness industry I have lectured and written resources and can cater for the motivation and emotional needs that can be difficult to awaken at times.
